Overview
Qwikoo ("we", "our", "us") is developed by Ahsan MT. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We are committed to handling your data with transparency and care. We do not sell your data to any third party.
What We Collect
Account email · Business name, logo, and settings you enter · Orders, payments, and expense records · Staff account names · Device identifiers for push notifications (optional, opt-in only) · Anonymous feature usage metrics with no personal identifiers attached.
How We Use It
To operate and sync your Qwikoo account across devices · Send order notifications to your staff · Process subscriptions via Apple App Store · Respond to support requests. We never use your data for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage, protected by Google's enterprise-grade infrastructure. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Access is restricted to authenticated users you have authorised. We retain your data as long as your account is active — deleting your account permanently removes all associated data including orders, expenses, menu items, QR codes, and images.
Third-Party Services
Google Firebase (auth, database, storage) · Apple App Store (billing) · Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). Each is governed by its own privacy policy.
Your Rights
Access your data (visible in app) · Correct inaccurate data (editable in app) · Delete your account and all data (Settings → Account) · Export your data — contact qwikoo@haaa.in.
Children & Changes
Qwikoo is not directed at children under 13. We may update this policy — continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact us at qwikoo@haaa.in for any privacy questions.
Terms of Use & EULA
Agreement
By downloading or using Qwikoo you agree to these Terms. These terms are between you and Ahsan MT — Apple Inc. is not a party. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence Grant
Ahsan MT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Qwikoo on Apple-branded devices you own, solely for personal or internal business use, subject to App Store Terms of Service.
Subscription & Billing
Fees billed to your Apple ID at purchase · Auto-renews unless cancelled 24h before period end · Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions · No refunds for partial periods (subject to Apple's policy) · Prices may change with advance notice.
Acceptable Use · User Content · Intellectual Property
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the app, or use it for unlawful purposes. You retain ownership of content you enter (orders, expenses, menu items) — you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. Qwikoo, its logo, code, and design are the intellectual property of Ahsan MT. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimers & Liability
Qwikoo is provided "as is" without warranty. Ahsan MT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Governing law: India.
Termination & Changes
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate by deleting the app and account — all data will be permanently deleted. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
